Ingredients:
250g flour (2 cups)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon of sugar
115g butter (1/2 cup)
1 pinch of salt
180 ml buttermilk/buttermilk (3/4 cup) – can be replaced by fermented milk at the limit (here is how to make your own buttermilk)
Derictions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
take a bowl
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar
Add the butter and make a disintegrate dough
Add buttermilk
Place the dough on a floured paintings surface
Work the dough for two minutes
Put the dough on a baking sheet
Roll it out in order that the dough is 15 cm through 15 cm (6×6 inches)
Cut into 12 same parts – Do now no longer tear them apart
Bake for 15 minutes (take a look at with the top of a knife)
Separate cookies and serve warm
