Ingredients :
1lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/2tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 clove garlic minced
1tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp. oil
1 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
2tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1/2tsp. salt
Instructions :
In a huge bowl, blend collectively the floor red meat, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into thick patties.
Heat the oil in a huge skillet over medium warmth. Fry the patties and onion withinside the oil till patties are well browned. Remove the red meat patties to a plate, and preserve warm.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and drippings withinside the skillet. Stir in flour with a fork, scraping bits of red meat off of the lowest as you stir. Gradually blend withinside the red meat broth. Season with pro salt.
Simmer and stir over medium-low warmth for approximately five minutes, till the gravy thickens. Turn warmth to low, go back patties to the gravy, cover, and simmer for any other 15 minutes. Serve with a huge bowl of mashed potatoes
